Avalon Ventures, LLC is a small, owner-operated furnished housing company focused on mid-term stays, typically three to nine months. The portfolio includes duplexes and single-family homes that are furnished, maintained, and locally supported for people whose lives or work have brought them to the area temporarily.
We do not treat these homes as short-term inventory or passive rentals. We treat them as long-term assets, and we operate them accordingly.
